Course introduction

Our two-day internal auditing course is tailored to the industry standards that your business works to. The course is a mixture of classroom and practical elements culminating in delegates applying what they have learnt in carrying out their own internal audit with the trainer.

Who is the course for?

This qualification is aimed at individuals working in a food manufacturing environment and those who are preparing to work in the industry.

The qualification will be especially useful for those involved in Implementing standards and the internal auditing process.

By the end of this course, delegates will be able to demonstrate their understanding of audit types, techniques and preparation by carrying out their own internal audits.

The syllabus includes

This course includes theory and practical elements and the course is split into two days. Day one includes classroom teaching about audit types/techniques/preparation, along with a run through and developed understanding of the relevant standard in relation to your process and practices.

The second day will be spent carrying out some internal audits of your systems with the trainer which can count towards your own internal audits.

This is a classroom based course delivered in-house at a cost of £3,200 (+ VAT) for two days and a £30 (+ VAT) exam fee per delegate. Please get in touch to arrange a training date.
