React to our Code of Conduct and Compliance
Kiwa is committed to achieving the highest standards of ethics and integrity. This means we expect our people to comply to Kiwa’s Code of Conduct and Compliance (and an underlying framework of policies) and to refrain from business decisions that conflict with our values, even when they might be financially attractive.
Every day, we pay attention to the importance of doing business in an independent, compliant and ethical way in line with Kiwa’s values and Code of Conduct. If we come across irregularities, we begin investigating immediately and action will be taken.

Speak Up is a company-wide service and safe environment for all employees and other stakeholders of Kiwa (and of other companies of the SHV Group) to voice any concerns about workplace practices.
