ISO 22000 is a globally recognized standard for managing food safety across every link of the food supply chain. It combines the requirements of a HACCP system, as defined by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, with customer demands, legal regulations and a commitment to continuous improvement. This results in a controlled and auditable management system that ensures food safety is consistently safeguarded.
