Shannon Grant: Quality Lead
Shannon's career at Kiwa has been a continuous journey of growth and learning. He began in a role focused on monitoring compliance and supporting accreditation and certification processes to ISO 17025 and ISO 9001. As his knowledge and experience expanded, so too did his responsibilities.
Today, Shannon leads the development and management of quality management system policies across multiple business functions in Australia and New Zealand.
From Compliance to Leadership
Shannon's journey at Kiwa Australia & New Zealand began on the front lines of quality, monitoring compliance and supporting accreditation and certification to ISO 17025 and ISO 9001. Those early years sharpened his eye for detail and built a respect for the systems that keep quality real, not just documented.
As his experience broadened, so did the scope of his work. He moved from specialist tasks to shaping how quality operates across the business, taking on strategic decisions, guiding teams, and connecting day-to-day practice with long-term standards.
Driven by Quality
“I'm driven by a passion for quality and the challenge of maintaining compliance while improving processes to deliver reliable, accurate results,” Shannon says. “Finding and implementing effective solutions keeps the work meaningful and engaging, while upholding the integrity of our work and our strong reputation.”
